psychologist & coach

Psychologically informed coaching for people navigating change, responsibility, uncertainty, and important decisions.

introduction

Room to think clearly, when something important needs to move forward.

I’m Carl Taylor, a psychologically informed Senior Practitioner Coach and Chartered Counselling Psychologist. I work with people navigating change, growing responsibility, or decisions that matter, helping them understand their situation more fully before they act.

My coaching is informed by more than 25 years of experience in psychology, psychotherapy, consultation and coaching. I’m a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and an EMCC Global Senior Practitioner Coach. That depth shapes how I listen and what I notice, but the work stays firmly coaching, focused on you and where you want to go.

I work online via Zoom with people across the UK and beyond, from a base in Central London. It’s a working relationship: honest, considered, and meant to be useful rather than impressive.

Greater awareness.
Better decisions.
