Ways of Working Together
I offer a number of ways of working together depending on your situation, the kind of support you are looking for, and whether you are seeking a single coaching conversation or a longer period of development-focused work.
what I do
Psychologically informed coaching for thoughtful people navigating complexity, transition, responsibility, and change.
All coaching sessions take place online via Zoom. In practice, many people find that online coaching provides a focused and consistent space for reflection that fits naturally alongside the demands of work and everyday life. Meeting online also allows people to join from a private environment of their choosing, without the time and disruption involved in travelling to appointments.
Discovery Call
A free introductory conversation to explore what you are looking for from coaching, ask any questions you may have, and get a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit.
The call also provides an opportunity for me to understand a little more about your current situation, what has brought you to coaching, and what you hope might become clearer, develop, or change through the work. There is no obligation to continue afterwards, and some people use the conversation simply to decide whether coaching feels like the right next step for them.
If it seems that coaching would be useful, we can discuss which way of working together may be most appropriate, whether that is a Reflective Coaching Consultation, Psychologically Informed Coaching, or Thinking Space.
Duration: 30 minutes
Frequency: One-off
Format: Online via Zoom
Fee: Free
Reflective Coaching Consultation
A Reflective Coaching Consultation is a focused coaching conversation designed to help you think through an important challenge, decision, transition, or situation in your personal or professional life.
The session provides an opportunity to step back from the immediate pressures of day-to-day life, explore what is happening from different perspectives, and develop a clearer understanding of the issues, choices, and possibilities in front of you. The aim is not to provide advice or quick answers, but to create the conditions for thoughtful reflection, greater clarity, and meaningful movement forward.
People often book a Reflective Coaching Consultation when they are facing an important decision, navigating a period of change, feeling stuck around a particular issue, or wanting dedicated time to think carefully about something that matters. Some use the session as a standalone conversation, whilst others use it as a starting point for ongoing coaching work.
Duration: 90–120 minutes
Frequency: One-off session
Format: Online via Zoom
Fee: From £225
Psychologically Informed Coaching
Psychologically Informed Coaching provides an ongoing space to explore the challenges, opportunities, decisions, and changes that arise in work and life over time. Rather than focusing on a single issue, the work allows for a deeper exploration of the patterns, assumptions, relationships, and circumstances that may be influencing how you think, respond, and move forward.
The coaching is particularly suited to people navigating periods of transition, increasing responsibility, uncertainty, professional development, or questions about future direction. Through a series of conversations, we work together to develop greater clarity, perspective, self-awareness, and understanding, whilst maintaining a practical focus on meaningful movement forward.
People often come to coaching when they recognise that what they are facing is unlikely to be resolved in a single conversation and would benefit from a more sustained period of reflection, exploration, and development.
Duration: 90–120 minutes
Frequency: Usually every 2–4 weeks
Format: Online via Zoom
Fee: From £225 per session
