get in touch
If you are considering coaching, have questions about the way I work, or would like to arrange an introductory conversation, you are welcome to get in touch. I will usually respond within two working days.
Arrange a Discovery Call
A free 30-minute online conversation
A Discovery Call is a free 30-minute online conversation and provides an opportunity to discuss what you are looking for, ask any questions you may have, and get a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit.
There is no obligation to continue beyond the call. Some people contact me with a clear idea of what they are looking for, whilst others want time to think through a challenge, decision, opportunity, or next step and explore whether coaching may be helpful.
Investing in Yourself
Coaching is an investment in your own development and future direction.
Whether you are navigating a transition, developing in a role, considering an important decision, or working towards a personal or professional goal, coaching creates dedicated time to think, plan, learn, and move forward with greater purpose and intention.
Many people invest heavily in their work, responsibilities, and commitments to others. Coaching provides an opportunity to invest in yourself, your growth, and the direction you want your life and work to take.
Flexible Ways of Working
Coaching does not have to follow a fixed programme. Some people book a single coaching conversation focused on a specific issue, whilst others choose a series of sessions over several months.
Sessions are usually 90 or 120 minutes and are often spaced every three or four weeks, allowing time to apply learning, review progress, and maintain momentum between meetings.
The number and frequency of sessions will depend on your goals, circumstances, and what you are hoping to achieve through coaching.
Working Together
All coaching sessions are conducted online via Zoom, allowing people to access coaching from anywhere in the UK and internationally. Online coaching offers flexibility and convenience whilst removing the limitations of geography, enabling people to choose a coach based on fit rather than location. Whether you are based in London, elsewhere in the UK, or overseas, coaching is as engaging, collaborative, and effective online as it is in person.
Coaching is often most effective when there is time between sessions to think, experiment, apply learning, and review progress. For this reason, sessions are commonly spaced several weeks apart rather than taking place every week.
Before You Get in Touch
You do not need to prepare anything in advance. A brief message outlining what has brought you to coaching is usually enough for us to begin a conversation.
If you would prefer, you are also welcome to contact me directly by telephone or email.
